Payment Policy

The following payment methods are available for orders shipped within Greece:

1. Card Payment (Online)

Payments are completed through a secure online payment environment.

Your card details are not stored at any time in our online store and are used exclusively for the completion of the transaction.

2. Cash on Delivery

Payment is made upon delivery of your order to the courier company representative.

The Cash on Delivery service is subject to an additional charge, which is clearly displayed in your shopping cart before order completion.

3. Bank Transfer

You may complete your order by making a one-time bank transfer of the total order amount to one of the following bank accounts.

After completing the transfer, kindly inform us via email at info@irmelia.com, attaching the payment receipt.

If payment is not completed within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. IRIS Payments

Payments via the IRIS service are supported using VAT number 110271474.

After completing the payment, please send confirmation to info@irmelia.com, stating your order number

5. Paypal

You may choose PayPal as your payment method.

You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure environment to complete the transaction.

For orders shipped outside Greece, the available payment methods are:

Cash on Delivery and bank transfers are not available for international shipments.

General Information

In all cases, the amount received by irmelia must correspond exactly to the total value of the order.

Any bank fees or charges resulting from currency exchange differences are borne by the customer.
